ROSC Cablagens, lda is a company based in Vila Nova de Gaia that has almost a decade of experience in the cabling sector in the area of transport and sustainable mobility.
Initially created on the motto of a family business, ROSC has grown and expanded in recent years with 55 employees to respond with speed, competitiveness and quality to all market needs.
Always with an eye on the future, on sustainability and innovation, ROSC Cablagens, lda remains in constant technological, productive and qualitative development without ever losing its innate simplicity, organization and ambition.

Integrated Management System Policy
ROSC Cablagens is dedicated to the manufacturing and supply of cabling solutions and associated systems, committing to deliver products and services that fully meet customer requirements while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, reliability, and environmental responsibility.
The organization’s Management System is developed and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO/TS 22163, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001, ensuring the continuous improvement of both organizational and environmental performance. OUR SERVICES
Wiring Harnesses
The bodywork is the base structure of a vehicle, which will define its shape, including doors, hood, panels, etc.
The cables placed on them can range from 6 meters to 18 meters
Chassis Harnesses
The following elements are installed on the chassis: engine, gearbox, steering column, fuel tank, etc.
AC Harnesses
A climate control system consists of conditioning the air in a room. It can have different functions: heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration. Known by the acronym HVAC-R.
Control Box
The electrical panel is the name given to the equipment used to control and command the electrical installations of a vehicle.
Field Team
ROSC also has an field team that provides cabling assembly services to Customers.
HV Cables are high voltage cables, used in the transmission of electricity above 35KV.
ROSC Cablagens works with these cables in the production of Air Conditioners.
Power Box
A power switchboard is electrical equipment intended to receive electrical energy from one or more power sources and distribute it to one or more circuits.
Development & Engineering
ROSC has a development and engineering office that guarantees answers and solutions for all customer needs, as well as the development of technologies and internal solutions to guarantee the quality of parts, such as, for example, electrical test benches.

IRIS Certification

ROSC Cablagens, LDA. starts the implementation of the ISO/TS 22163:2017 IRIS certification for the railway sector, thus ensuring that we maintain our commitment to the quality of our work and our products.
With the implementation of the ISO/TS 22163:2017 guidelines, we guarantee the internationally recognized requirements in the railway sector.
The application of these rules ensures that we improve our ability to provide services and products that meet statutory requirements and applicable regulations.
